I will never come here again they way the treat there summer youth worker is terrible I witness so many kids get treated like dirt not to mention the fact they foll you around store like your stealing is out of hand

Manager is extremely rude .... I was shopping for my son to celebrate the 4 th of July buying items for him and was so embarassed he came smirking behind security and they hand me a pair of plastic gloves ... I'm assuming because I had my hair up in a bun becuase I have ezema on my neck ... ezema is very common and not contagious ... i had nothing on my hands... no outbreaks just on my neck ... and be for real with the stuff that walks into this bronx location in hunts point and that's the worst they seen give me a break ... I'm sure he wouldn't like being discriminated against for something minor and being walked up to like I was stealing... I was PAYING my money which I still paid for my items ... public humiliation on a holiday while paying my money is crazy and that means he was watching me for awhile ... I didn't open any items for them to be watching me .... just was profiled ... im assuming becuase I was there for awhile .. buying toys for my kid to celebrate the holiday and I stood out since I was there for awhile and I could feel the heat after awhile I just felt watched ... like I knew I was a easy target... being alone and there for awhile ... nothing on my hands ... just a outbreak on my neck from ezema and using hair spray that irritated it so I put my hair in a bun and I get embarrassed for that ... how hard was I being watched buying TOYS to see the back of my neck .. ridiculous .. ALSO since the manager handed me plastic gloves im going to call cooperate and find out if theres a policy on why I was singled out since the manager thought it was so humorous ... so if you have extreme acne they should embarass you too or you cant eat at a resturant because you have ezema... after I said i have ezema i was still basically damn near escorted out .. as if i was stealing ... apparently this is happening a lot at this location

I had gone in to get a pair of headphones, I had no problems until I went upstairs and was trying to pick out the one I liked. As soon as I picked up the one I wanted, I felt the heat from eyes peering on me. I looked to my left and saw one of the workers staring at me uncomfortably, I said Hello to him and I didn't receive a reply, he just continued to stare at me like i was going to steal something. I told one of the other workers downstairs as I was leaving. She just happened to hover over me as well feigning assistance. She of course denied he was watching me, and said "No, it was someone else he was watching". She wasnt even there to witness it, So that didnt make much sense. Culturally Hispanic neighborhoods are rampant with Racism. I'm not surprised, however I did not believe I'd experience it this day. All I can say is, this shop doesn't have long there. This was just a minor instance, I'm sure there will be more from others who go there.

I really like this store because they have high quality products at a very affordable price. Furthermore, the employees are attentive, friendly and very courteous. Excellent service.

They racially profile you. My friend who is a grown woman was followed by security all throughout the store until she got to checkout as broke non black teens literally ran up and down that store playing with the merchandise probably stealing. Last week I waited in line for checkout this worker in the photo called me over with a scanner in his hand and reached for my 1 item (makeup wipes) at SELF CHECKOUT. I told him I’m a grown woman I can check myself out. Instead of him moving out my way he leaned his funky behind on my self checkout counter to watch me check out makeup wipes but he didn’t harass the other SPANISH customers with multiple items as shown. What’s even worse is security was standing by the door on duty so where exactly did this worker expect me to run with my $3 makeup wipes? This is why I don’t go in here. They are racist and rude. Bring back the Dr jays store please those employees never followed me around in there ever!
