My go-to for all my home hardware needs. Joe is a gentleman and a scholar, very knowledgeable about home improvement and knows where everything is in the store. This place eliminates the need to visit a big box store, they’ve never not had something I was looking for. Grateful for their presence in the neighborhood. PS-they did an amazing job rescreening my doors!

Came for 2 items and then came out with 1 item bought. I walked in the store at 11:31 AM on Saturday January, 9th for a bedroom door lock and a hammer nails. I was able to buy the bedroom door lock but they was unprofessional with my request to purchase hammer nails. Tools is not to play around with! Store owner wasted my time trying to purchase hammer nails. This store should not be selling any type of equipment or tools if they are horsing around. I advise everyone to find another hardware store as they are very unprofessional and a waste of time.

I felt that the owner exhibited a passive aggressive personality. I have lived in this area over 30 years. I have been helped by many other sales associates. Until one day I went in and met the store owner and he assisted me. That's when I had the unpleasant experience.Due to that experience, I will no longer shop there for any of my home improvement projects.
