I went to this store looking for a specific pair of shoes and Shawn was super helpful and got me multiple sizes and colorways to try on. It was such an easy and relaxing shoe shopping experience. Shoutout to Chris and Isaiah as well for the great customer service!

I returned an item today and another debit card number showed up on the refund receipt. I believe that is suspicious. I will follow up in three days in hope I will receive my refund. Also, when calling foot locker stores the phone calls head straight to voicemail and no call back. The website and pick up orders is another level of disappointing. It states two hours but I couldn’t pick up until the system says it’s ready. I had to wait three days to pick up the order because the system was malfunctioning.

Wow!! Awesome store !✨I am so grateful for the patience and support of Malakai(sorry if I spelled it wrong ) && my girl J I kept asking for so many sizes and they remained patient and understanding with me even after they closed ! I'm not one to complain but this time they went too far, I had three pairs of tennis shoes in my hand and I asked for help and the young woman got uncomfortable just because of my Spanish but not only did she get uncomfortable but she also had a bad attitude,

Very poor customer service. I went into this location just to get spoken nasty to, my daughter wanted a tee shirt I asked one of the staff on the floor if the location where the adidas is at if that's the only spot, she then went to the register to ask the cashier. The nasty cashier and gave that associate an attitude like I don't know what you want talking so nasty in front of the customer in front of her. I just walked out I wouldn't give this location my money. The cashier is dark skin with braces. She is horrible. Do not shop here

The staff is horrible. The female manager allowed the employee to curse behind the counter while helping me as a customer. Also it's a children's store with children around so the language was unexceptable. Do not shop at this location, especially with your children

The staff is extremely helpful knowledgeable about their product. My daughter was looking for something specific and they were able to assist her. I also had an order sent to the store. Pickup was easy and they were sure to make sure everything was satisfactory prior to me leaving. I appreciate the small things they did to make the transaction seamless.
