Rude management doing tiktoks while on the clock!

Very corrupt management.
People were lined up before 10am for a new release and were told the day before by staff and the manager to come the next morning at 10am.
When people showed up, the store was closed, gates down, and the manager and employees told the line that all sneakers were sold out before they opened at 10am. That they opened at 9am just to sell them and close the store again? Sounds like a lie.
The staff and managers reserved them for their friends and family instead of selling them to the public, that's the only way this is possible when they were opening the store in front of us at 10am.
Disgraceful and should be investigated by corporate.

These kids that work in the store are unprofessional and slacking on the job it took me 10 minutes to pay and go my u in cash.. they suck and they need older manager

Kelesy was so rude she kept telling her staff to follow me around the store, when I asked for a shoe they told me they didn’t have it. They didn’t even check the back for it and after that she told me to open my backpack

Customer service was terrible ! They all look in your face and simply don’t help but stereotype you real quick. However, Johnny was a wonderful help and it was unfortunate they didn’t have any size shoes for my son or the dunks in the color I wanted. But EVERYONE WITH A STROLLER DOES NOT SHOP To STEAL!
