A bunch of young kids running this place with no customer service skills what so ever. I definitely will not purchase from this location again. Sadly growing up this was one of my favorite footlocker (fordham n Valentine) not anymore.

Staff member Jen spoke to me like I’m dumb. Politely asked her for a specific dunk that another foot locker told me they had in stock at this location. She was very aggressive in the way she spoke to me and used her hands like if I wasn’t talking fast enough. Terrible customer service.

I ordered online and picked up here. It was extremely crowded yet they made my kids and I feel as if we were the only ones there. The footlocker staff were so amazing and professional. Above and beyond type of customer service. 10 stars ? wow. Take my money ?
