I went to the Fordham road location and they gave me the wrong size sneakers when I tried to return and swap them for my size they were all sold out all over I stopped by the third ave location and was disappointed that they didn’t have my size either when the store manager TY went above and beyond . She called many locations and found one that had my size. I am so happy that she actually loves her job and loves what she is doing the customer service was on point from the door till I walked out ! I will be buying my sneakers at this location from now on. Thanks TY

Terrible . The mangers sit on the their phone on the floor . The sales associates are always talking to eachother. Terrible attitude !!!!

The young lady that helped me today said that it was her first day she help me better than I could think of and I shop at Footlocker a lot the person that changed her must be very experienced to be able to train this young lady in the manner that she did with respect and understanding of my situation.

I don’t know who is hiring the associates or the managers but there has been a severe dereliction of duty. The apathy and indifference that projected in an environment where one is seeking help, is baffling. Customer service, is the life blood of retail, yet these individuals are either trained poorly, not paid enough, or simply dislike their jobs. An employee was making a personal phone call on the selling floor. An employee was arguing with me tooth and nail, rather than attempting to solve my issue, he exacerbated the problem. Nothing makes me feel better than shopping with security on my back, as if it is a bank!
