It been a while, but props to Julio! I had an emergency repair with my SUV, a couple of years ago and Julio loaned me his vehicle, so that I can drive to my son's school, to celebrate his birthday with his classmates. That was pretty cool of him and completely unexpected. I would not go anywhere else, without contacting this shop first! Thanks!

Fantastic location to have your car serviced. They are located under the 4-train by the Fordham Rd station on Jerome Ave. They work on both the body and mechanical of the car. From high-end luxury vehicles, such as BMW to Honda. Prices can vary based on the work but it is reasonable. The owner, Julio is fantastic and knowledgeable. 06/2024

Impossible finding parking. Stumbled on this place. 20$ for 24 hour parking seemed like a good deal compared to the other alternatives.

My engine went and they replaced it and it never ran right. But like everyone else says Julio seems to be a nice guy but he kept string me along telling me to leave it so they could keep looking at it this went on for months until I moved and had a different mechanic take a look at it. It took him a few weeks to figure it out but he did. So this shop took me for over $3000 dollars to fix my car and they never fixed it. BEWARE STAY AWAY.

Recently had a horrible experience. The owner is rude and extremely unprofessional. Some of the staff was good. I had an incident where one of the employees lost my car keys. The owner said that, "He had my keys" and that it was not the first time that this employee had lost keys. The owner also mentioned that my key did leave the property. He claimed that it was unreasonable to think that copies of my keys could have been made, even though the employees said it was lost in someone else's car. He was also trying to divulge my personal home address to strangers, even though it was confidential information. Also lug nuts would go missing too. I also had an incident where I asked them for a quote for maintenance repair, but never gave authorization (got a better deal at Mavis Discount Tires) to do the changes. The next day they were charging and not letting me take my car out, because they went ahead and did it and I had no idea that the work was even done nor had I given them the authorization to do so. Overall horrible experience, the owner rude to customers, fails to get inside of customers shoes and understand; the guy working midnight was great, mechanics seem nice; overall I would not recommend this place.

Steam coming from the engine at 5:30pm on Friday, rush hour traffic. I don't know anyone with a vehicle in the Bronx. Julio guided me in, found the problem, pointed out a belt that needed to be changed and got me on the road the next day because they are open on Saturdays. Brilliant. And the bill was less than I thought could be possible.
