The owner seems like a nice guy and works with customers to try to keep them happy. I had an install of a radio and back up camera and the guy installing it is an amateur. Twisting wires together and wrapping them with black tape, hello there are connectors for that type of application, bringing wires where they shouldn't be and pinching wires behind molding. The install was so bad I took it all apart and did it myself. I thought spending the extra money would save me the aggravation, well I spent the money and was still extremely aggravated. Sad how businesses allow poor workmanship to affect there bottomline. I will never spend a dime there.

Awesome service here! My front grill was stolen and i had to order a new grill. I had absolutely no idea how to install so i took it down to Auto soumd on fordham across from white castle. I was helped quick and the installation price was sooo reasonable. Thank you auto sound.

When I called to ask a question the guy was very rude to me. All I did was ask if they have traveling technicians.... I guess he was having a bad day, don’t call on Saturdays I guess
