Been a customer for 40 years and still came here, when new owner took over. Tech when balancing the rim broke the center cap. It is a special color matched center cap to my car. No apology. Owner also no apology, says not his problem, Really? Things happen but you have to respect the customer. Never again coming here,

Came here again for tires on my other car. Once again, the service was excellent from start to finish. Prices are very reasonable compared to other establishments for the service you receive.

Amazing work, fast and very reasonably priced. Will be bringing any and all tire needs here if I ever run into any trouble. And he said they do road service! Great establishment, highly recommend.

The worst service..First thing just to get help is a hassle second way over price just to get to check my air pressure on my tiers they said 50$ that’s right 50$ then I went down the road not even a minute away and got the same service for 5$ that’s right 5$ no need to say anything else oh P.S I think he’s a bigot

Always a great experience when I go here. They can find tires to fit your price range and they are courteous. They will show you what the issue is with your tire before they repair it too. If you don't buy your tires here, you are foolish. Love these guys!

Had him put a tire on. All the lugs were loose by the end of the day. Had to tow truck back to warehouse for $1000. Basically said I was full of it.

My tire went flat, my mechanic was not available and suggested I call Jake at Franks. Not only did they get me right in, they got me out in 20 minutes. I never had a valve stem go bad. Until today =)The best part? "Don't worry about it, just tip the guy that fixed the tire" was the cost. I know where I am buying my next set of tires.

Excellent service and pricing. They always offer price alternatives without risking safety. They will not recommend a product that they would not put their own family in. Have been a repeat customer for over 5 years. Just did new tires and couldn’t be happier. Thanks Jake and of course the “boys”.
