They are a super nice family ? owned establishment and they have fantastic customer service and the pharmacist is extraordinarily intelligent, knowledgeable, insightful and professional. He takes customer service to the next level, always sympathetic and empathetic. You cannot happen across as wonderful he is. A diamond in the ruff. Have been going to them since they first opened up and never looked back! All of them are wonderful, truly kind people. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I have such a wonderful re pour with the staff at friendly. Our neighborhood pharmacist really shows care and concern for all customers that come through the door. If you have questions and concerns about medicines that are prescribed as well as over the counter medications; he takes the time to discuss and advise. He is great, the staff is great. Never do i hear anyone come in and be out of line, if they do when i'm there i always defend them. They are truly our neighbor. I would not change anything about them except providing them with more space to bring more merchandise to our community. 5 stars to Friendly Pharmacy of Mott Haven. My family loves them. Donna J

My all time one stop shop! A pharmacy with almost every single thing for my needs! If they don't have it they'll just order it for you. Most inexpensive prices in the area, and always do price matches. Overall, great employees and outstanding pharmacist. I don't even need to see a provider to get s prescription they will diagnose me for free with OTC medications.

The name says it all FRIENDLY! They are the best they care and are soooo helpful unlike CVS or Rite AId or Duane Reade. I am sooo happy I found this place very convenient!!!! Thank you!!!
