This salon has definitely become my go-to spot! I had a terrible experience earlier in the day at another nail salon across the street, where I was treated so poorly that I had to leave before my nails were even finished. Thankfully, I walked into this salon and was helped immediately.
The staff was incredibly patient, kind, professional, and they did an amazing job on my nails. I recently moved back to the area after 20 years to be closer to family, and I only wish I had come here first—it would have saved me from an uncomfortable morning.
I truly appreciate the team here for turning my day around. Thank you! 🤎

This is the worst experience I EVER had at a nail salon. I was ripped off. I was charged $55 for a gel Mani/ Pedi but did not get gel. I had my nails painted we earlier this afternoon. Four of my toes have no polish in them. I have a generous tip. I feel sooo ripped off right now. I feel like I wasted money. Sad!
I'm trying to save people here. Do NOT get your nails done at this awful place please! 👀

I went in the morning on Friday 13,2024 around 9:35am and one person was occupied. I told them what I wanted and none of the women wanted to take me so they sent out this man who went on to ask me what color I wanted. In my mind, I didn’t want him to do my nails because the last time he didn’t do a good job. Yes anyways, he went ahead to do my pedicure, he did cut my toe too much until it bled first red flag, then he did my manicure. The reason for my 1 star is because my gel manicure came off within 1 day which makes no sense! I want back my hard earning $72 in cash I paid then. In advance, the worse part is that I did my eyebrow and the area above my lip and the lady who did it burnt my eyebrows and the area above my lip and it hurts really bad. I have photos I am going to put under this review now. In conclusion, don’t visit them because they don’t care I didn’t get the service I want due to negligence. They lost a customer thought I had found a good one in the Bronx and here we go again.

Lisa has to be one of the rudest nail techs I’ve ever encountered. Her work is lazy, she always has a nasty attitude, she is so unprofessional and the salon is filthy.

Waited to long for a pedicure. Was told to wait 5 minutes it turned into much longer. The workers were eating and I just walked out. Went somewhere else around the corner and got taken care of right away. Worker did a great job.

First off the place is disgustingly dirty. Nancy took the cuticle cutter and mid gel manicure while my nails were setting, took and started cutting dead skin off her finger nails with the SAME cuticle cutter she was using on my nails. Nancy then rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to please spray the cuticle cutter with alcohol first before using it on my nails. As if this all wasn’t enough on my way out I saw a cockroach near the window. I absolutely will not be returning.As far as the staff goes Lisa, Tony, Nancy and the lady that does the pedicures all the way in the back (last chair) are just disgusting humans. They talk and cackle like animals behind customers backs in their language and they are completely unprofessional. Once the customers leave and have paid for their service they begin talking and laughing at the customers. I have been here a few times because it’s quick and cheap but honestly this last time was just the end. Please don’t waste your money and give it to these people that really don’t deserve it. They don’t appreciate their customers. Disgusting.Services: Gel manicure

Toe nails were nice but the guy messed up my nails . He used the wrong color , I can literally see my real nails under the color. He didn’t cut my real nails or even trim my cuticles down before starting the nail process. They rush to much. He caught a bad attitude when He noticed I didn’t like them .Services: Gel manicure

I like how my toe nails came out except the lady cut too much of my cuticles off and made two of my toes bleed. Praying to the lord I don’t get an infection. Its $30 for gel and you basically have no choice because if you want regular nail polish you have to “dry your nails outside” per the signs on the wall and the employees themselves say so.
