These people don't pick up thier phones whiteplains road, grand concourse, and on Westchester. Been calling them nonstop and none of the stores PICK up. I call the one on baychester and they pick up right away. Why do y'all have phones if you don't pick up to answer a simple question I need answered. Tryna spend money and your store don't seem to want it. Trash service for those 3 stores.

Been going here for years. Unfortunately the service is no longer what it use to be. I bought a controller about a month ago. I was given a Power A wired controller from the back that looked damaged from the packaging. I asked for another and the staff person went to the back and came out with what looked like the same controller with the damaged packaging , color etc.. claiming they all were like that. That controller stopped working after two weeks and my left analog triggers my left trigger when using it. I cannot seem to get a refund now either. This controller was suppose to be new. I would not recommend this store anymore unless you have no other choice but to go here. Pictures were added so you can see I did no damage to the controller after the purchase.

Shop here frequently and I usually have very great service. It seems now that the Thanksgiving holiday is over. You guys have employed some very young unprofessional people dispensing attitude towards your customers as well as not verifying the information that they’re dishing out.

Man this gamestop i used to love going here to this gamestop in parkchester back then cause they used to sell alot of good games and movies but now is like ok not alot of good stuff

I'm not going to lie this GameStop has a lot of cool stuff... it's the employees that are bringing down the rating I feel like they need a hug or something along those lines cuz there's two workers there that are so tightly wounded from people stealing or whatever they're doing. That they're pushing me away from wanting to buy stuff that I'm literally waiting for the five below to open up next door
