Let’s Star by saying the selection of games compare to other GameStops is decent. The traffic around this area is heavy and people usually bring a lot of games to trade to store. Many homeless and drug addict around this area please be careful. The store smells horrible a combination of mariguana feet garbage and humidity all together. Almost unbearable. The employees here like other GameStop Custumer service is mediocre. Their knowledge of certain games trades/store inventory is very poor. Store prices and GameStop.com prices are different. they do not match with the prices online. According to employee here GameStop.com and GameStop store operate differently.

They barely have the phone working they barely pick up the phone and when they do pick up the phone, they barely talk to you. They’re having conversations in the background. They don’t know what games they have.. they put zero effort into doing their job like I get a GameStop. We saved you during the pandemic. How about you help us save some money and time by giving us what we want for once. Stop hiring these low effort, unprofessional individuals that probably don’t even play video games. That’s how they act on the phone.

I want to thank Yadi, my cousin can't hear, thankfully she was there she knew alittle bit of sign language and managed to help him. Not that many people in retail know signing. We left happy and with a christmas present PS5! Store location 149th 3rd ave store 667! Everyone was very helpful!

Employees are not informed and don’t even hide it or care about it I went to sell a console because last time I was there they said they would buy it I come back few weeks later and the new employee there said they won’t but it without a controller….fine okay but when I told them to be more well informed next time she basically ignored me and said there were no other employees that worked there before her which is a lie - if they don’t wanna be there then don’t hire them hire somebody who actually needs and gives a damn about the job than these unreliable unprofessional deviants…

Saturday July 27th around 2:15 in the afternoon I waited patiently on line to be assisted and some obese female who worked there was so sluggish and clumsy that when she went up the ladder to get my desired item she was panting for air. Then afterwards she dropped my item which was a dragonball statue on the floor because she was careless. She must've thought that I didn't see her because she didn't apologize. When I asked if she dropped it, she said nothing and merely shook the box that the statue was kept in like that was supposed to confirm something. Then I inspected the box in her hand which she held on to dear life for as if I was going to attempt to steal it when in truth, if that was my true intentions, I could've snatched the box out of her hand as she was descending down the ladder. I left the store in disgust not buying anything. It seems that this gamestop location is starting to hire inept employees who will only bring bad representation to the store.
