Terrible experience waited there for Almost an hour to service car told me hold on for 10 minutes and ended up waiting 2 hours no respect at least tell me it will take awhile that I should come back or something but looks like he was only worry about doing people inspection ticket won’t visit again….

Went here for a EGR Valve installation. Mechanic there charged total 190.00 and snapped the bolt in the block. Now it leaks anti-freeze and emissions. Didn't even tell me his guy snapped the bolt. Just discovered it two months later on my own. Then talks derogatorily behind my back to the guy who referred me there. I want my money back and the money to fix what he broke. Let's see what happens next.

Quality customer service. My experience has been that At Garrison transmission they take time to explain what needs a to be done and advise if options are available I have been going there for over 15 years.the service has always been impeccable!!Services: Tires

don't come here for your mechanical needs they say they been working on cars for years bu its a lie never let them touch your timing belt or chain they don't put them on right and it might cost you a new engine
