Awful store. Rotten management that doesn't train their customer service desk personnel. I will never shop/order from here again. Should have stuck to Manhattan.

I looked at other reviews and they're right: this place sucks. Idk if it's because it's the Bronx and everyone here is ghetto and hates their life or if it's something else I'm not seeing but here's a breakdown:1. Store is unorganized2. Floor staff don't speak English. At all. Asked for help looking for something and he just stared at me and basically told me to go look around. 3. Register staff don't know store policy, features or promotions. I was given conflicting information and had to provide them with the accurate info instead.. 4. Customer service is curt and un-engaging like they're being forced to service you. 5. Item stock is abysmal. I was told by staff that this location had far less to offer than others. I wanted to give it a chance because ppl always complain about the Bronx and I'm defensive bc this is my home but they're right about some stuff. Ppl here, establishments here, it's like walking into Hell. You wouldn't get this kind of poor service in Downtown Brooklyn, Queens or Manhattan!Granted the area is very rundown with addicts, the homeless, the mentally ill and thieves so I'm sure they get burnt out working in Best Buy but that's another conversation for another day. I may pop in for a quick item or two but if I need to do thoughtful or meticulous shopping, I'm switching boroughs and making the trip to another location instead. Hope this helps.

Poor customer service . I used to live in queens . I was used to go to the Best Buy near QCM . Customer service was good . Here in the Bronx ( Fordham ) you can spend hours walking and nobody Offer you any assistance . You have to make a line to ask a question , then the question is not answered fully , then you have to make another line to ask for another question related to the same product . I will never spend my money in this location again .. gross . No ayudan ni resuelven tus dudas con paciencia . No compren ahí .

Customer Service Was so badd. Some workers are disrespectful and the security guard was rude and racist. if i could give negative stars i would. 0/10 don't recommend go anywhere else

The service here is horrendous . There is barely any staff working to assist customers. Waiting time to purchase unreasonable. I stopped by to purchase an apple charger . I went upstairs one worker sent me to where apple products located no help available. I finally found out the chargers kept on first floor at least a half hour wait , only one person working at customer service. Best Buy you have to do better with staffing and customer service. Extremely unhelpfulI left without my charger

Misinformation!!! Had an appointment to fix my son PlayStation. They failed to mention that they don’t fix systems unless you have a warranty on them. Could’ve saved a trip.

i was in dire need of a tv. i purchased a tv from the fordam road store on november 7, 2022. i was told my tv would be delivered november 11. 2022. i received a call 7:25 am on november 11, 2022 the tv was not available. i then received an email the tv would be delivered by 1:05 pm the same day. then learned it was being delivered by 7pm same day. i called to learn they wont deliver it until november 16, 2022. after missing a day of work this is unacceptable. i asked to speak with a supervisor or manager they unfortunately were too busy to speak with me. ill be visiting the store in the morning if i dont hear from them by end of tonight. i only gave one star because you cant post unless u leave a star.

The worst place in the universe. They will lie and will do whatever it takes to rob you in broad day light. Read my experience with them below to understand what happened.They call themselves “Geek Squad”. More like “horrible squad”.I know my store is it’s a little longer. But it’s worth it. Just want to share this experience so the world know horrible these people are treating Apple’s customers.I scheduled an appointment with apple online to visit this place so I could get my battery replaced. Went to the location, was asked to wait for about 10 min. I waited patiently.They looked at my phone, then they say according to Apple’s policy, we can’t replace battery alone, we must replaced the screen. And that’ll cost you around $349. I thought to myself “wtf?”Mind you, I spoke with Apple and a representative stated that’s not part of Apple’s policy. I, then respectfully asked those Geek Squad guys to show me Apple’s policy that they’re referring to. The cashier brought his boss who was so mean and rude and directly stated that they cannot partially serviced me. Additionally, he suggested that they’re refusing to partially service me for no reason and it’s not part of Apple’s policy.I was frustrated at the experience and refused to argue with them any further.If you’re an apple customer or required apple support for your phone, don’t go there. Not worth anybody’s time.

I placed a order on January 15 online and was promised delivery today January 16. Long story short, I'm not getting my order today, 2 of your employees lied to me. This was my second and last dealings with Best Buy. Worse online service I've ever encountered.
