I had a polite and professional experience on the Westchester avenue office. Francisco was very clear with instructions on the entire process, what to expect and how to redeem your pawned items. Must call 48hours in advance in order to pick-up your items. (Gold, jewelry and whatnot)Highly recommended. Great and informative staff!

Scam alert!!! After traveling from Manhattan because of the reviews I found out quickly it was all a sham. They tell you to give them a 5 star review for a $10 future credit to buy something and they offer the worst prices in the city, I got double what they offer me at a pawn shop next to my house. What they doing with their reviews should be considered fraud
