The service here its HORRIBLE! you have to wait to whatever time frame they want to give you medications. The guy at the counter its nasty, rude and very unprofessional. They are rude, mean and have nor consideration for senior and sick people. OVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I went here today to get my son’s prescription medicine. The guy at the counter is very rude. I got two medicine and I was expecting 3 so I asked the guy at the counter if he can double check and he was extremely rude and he ignored me the whole time. Like I was not in front of him. This is the last time my whole family will be getting any medication here. I removed this Pharmacy on our list because of that man who does not know what customer service is about! They should train people what customer service is! Disrespectful and rude! They will go down soon because of that disrespectful employee they have. I hope someone will open a Pharmacy in front of this place.

Staff is terrible at giving correct amount of medicine...or they steal it, either way I have had several instances where I was shorted. The final straw was when they shorted/stole my sons Adderall(which he desperately needs to operate normally). When I confronted them on the issue, they wouldnt eve check to see if an error was made. They gave me nothing but vitriol, and attitude. They have shorted me on my scripts before, and they would always check anx correct the issue. This time they refused to, which indicates a cover up. This is an ongoing theme for GIG Pharmacy. Needless to say, I have contacted the authorities, and have pulled all of mine, and my sons scripy from there. If you dont want constant issues with getting the correct amounts of medications, dont use this pharmacy, use another one.
