Around the Pelham parkway shopping plaza it’s the one with the best costumer service and organization. I come to this store often, Luis, the store manager and his team members,Andrifer and Alani, they pay attention to the needs of their costumer and try to give the best service quick and easy. Among all GNC’s I’ve been I would say this is one is in my top 3. I recommend it!

Online it says you open at 9am. Sign on the door says you open but the door is locked. Do better GNC cause this ain't it.JUST TO ADDWaited outside for a while and called the store several times but nothing.

I was going to let this go because it really angered me. I went to this location to buy my supplement, no greeting no can I assist no acknowledgment whatsoever by a young Hispanic lady working there. I there alone and though I knew what I wanted still I would think she’d say something to me. So I get what I want and checkout and this young lady tells me I need to renew my membership. I was pretty sure I had the free one but this lady was trying to convince me I had the pro one and wanted me to pay $39.99. I asked are you sure and she said yes and said I must’ve forgot. So to be sure I checked my email and I was right I had the free membership. I told her this and that I didn’t want the pro and she said okay with no apology for the misunderstanding. I’m pretty sure she knew I had the free membership but was trying to trick me into getting the pro and I think that’s wrong. I have gone to numerous GNCs and the cashier pitches me to get the pro membership, I say no and they move on. But what she did was try to trick me and I don’t like that. To not offer me any help and then try to trick me is unacceptable. I am strongly considering making a formal complaint. I will definitely not be going back.
