The live chat with them takes forever they don't reply and when you call they don't answer the phone and it says it's open for business I just feel like they don't want to make any money.

..... Sighs right now I wish I can change my review but I just recently found out my Brand new ps4 controller I got from them is fake. To be honest if this is fake I don't know what is real.....
