Does not let you buy tea packets with EBT.The guy at the register said the boss says I can’t buy a pack of tea with EBT because it says SUPPLEMENT NUTRITION, so they consider it a “vitamin” and won’t allow the purchase.As if plants, herbs, roots fruits aren’t supplement enough. -_- but I Can buy that “separately”.THATS NOT AN ITEM OR HOT FOOD. denying me to buy food with EBT basically is illegal.SNAP specifically stands for“SUPPLEMENT NUTRITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM”

Definitely one of my favorite stores in the Bronx, I always come here to get my teas, natural face washes and various natural and organic necessities. It is a medium size store. And since a lot of people come here, you may have to wait in line for 10 minutes tops,but patience is a virtue, i recommend coming here.

The store has great options but the customer service i give 0 , the cashier is rude and has an attitude that is not good for business and I refuse to spend my money in a establishment that doesn't treat their customers with respect. If you don't like your job then quit or stay home .

I bought a Ritter Sport RAISINS & Hazelnuts Bar from this place about a week ago. I just look at the Expiration date today. It says Feb. 23, 2023. Today is April 8, 2023.Why do they have items that have already expired still in the store? I don't have the receipt. I wasted my money. I will throw the expired Item in the Trash.GET RID OF THE EXPIRED ITEMS. DO BETTER.

Do not underestimate this tiny store. It is STOCKED with a wide variety of essential oils, Ayurvedic and other herbs, teas, vitamins, tonics, healthy snacks, natural cosmetics, toothpastes, organic household cleaners and groceries. A wide range if my favorite Bob's Red Mill grains including Buckwheat. Best of all if they don't stock an item you just tell them at the cashier and they'll begin to stock it regularly (they did so for me with my favorite Ayurvedic herb). The staff also is very knowledgeable

no one should come here. the cashier scanned 3 items that i did not pick up & was not in my basket. he lied right in my face & the owner that he did scan them. mind you i don’t have the items in my bag & it’s not in the “put these items back” cart. yes i raised my voice at the cashier & the owner defended him, yelled at me. then again he robbing my money & scanning items i don't have. plus they didn’t even check the cameras for prove. the owner wants to be all fake nice too like nothing happen, don’t even ask questions to the cashier or how he scanned them literally nothing & not fire the cashier. acting all fake shocked. then again got my money back. get better cashiers, DO BETTER !!!!! i’m pretty sure they doing this to other people !!!!!

This place is too good for a star let alone 5, this place always have the isles full of boxes unable to move around with cart, causing a health hazard, the employees are disrespectful, never want to help with a question, not knowledgeable about store products, this place is one of the worst stores on whiteplains road. Products are way over priced….The owner is an asshat, he could care less if his employees are disrespectful. No respect for the people who shop there or the community.??

If you live in the Bronx, I'm looking for a good health store. This is the place, it's small, but has a lot of good items for purchase. I found things in this store that I could not find in other stores such as Whole Foods and other large supermarkets.
