I stopped by for a car wash sometime back, the wash was adequate. Not a lot of attention to detail, but that’s okay for the price. The issue is that after they washed the car they failed to replace my back seat floor mat. I only noticed after I got home, I was away for work so I was unable to stop by in person. When I tried to call their number it turns out that’s it’s not in service. I was able to stop by after I came back to NY, only to be told that they had already thrown it away and that the best they could do is the $20 mats they have in the shop. I suggested that maybe a wash would be a better resolution, seeing as the Toyota mats they had thrown away cost $180 at the dealer, but was told that he could only do half off of the $35 wash. I’m disappointed by the poor resolution and my inability to get in touch with them, what kind of business doesn’t have a working number ?

Mitch and the crew did a great job on my car. Had it looking like new. Also I respect that Mitch was a good communicator and kept it a buck.

Running a scam out of there..females especially don’t go to the auto shop for no repairs. Mitch brother will put your car back wrong at the auto shop allstar auto repair located at 3938 mulvey Ave scoping females to get them to get their car at the shop.. run my car look crazy afterwards he won’t fix it.Service: Car waxing

It's OK but you have to keep after them to do a complete job.Plus they never clean the INSIDE GLASS..Not thorough enough..The finisher Mitch has to fix all of the mistakes/misses that the front end misses.
