Horrible service. There has been some staff changes and man is this place horrible now. They tell you to come and change to here with the perspective that they will work with you and treat you well, but those are all lies!!! They don't call to tell you that your pills are ready for pickup, the front desk are young girls with no proper customer service training and therefore lash out at you with no respect for asking questions. There are plenty of pharmacies in the area, avoid yourself the headaches and go somewhere else. You have Jerome Drugs or 2021 Grand Concourse Pharmacy, much better service.

Awesome pharmacy. Very clean and organized. Very friendly proffesional staff. I walk out with a smile every time. I buy my toiletries here, fill all my prescriptions for my entire family and every now and again I buy some lottery tickets. Let's not forget to mention it's a conveniant u.p.s. access point.
