Annie was extremely helpful to me in so many ways. So many that it’s hard to mention them all. My machine stopped and she helped me to quickly get a loaner machine as well as constantly getting back to me to solve a few other issues I had. She really cared and helped me so much and was patient and caring and even helped walk me through technical issues on my machine that I didn’t understand and she made it easy.

I LOVE the fact that the sleep coach at Home Aid Medical Equipment And Supplies calls me when my supplies are due to ask if I need any of the equipment for the CPAP machine. They are ALL ALWAYS soooo friendly and they know their jobs very well. And if I have a problem, they always fix it with no problems. I enjoy all the sleep coaches at Home Aid Medical Equipment and Supplies. Thank you all so much for your help and the deliveries. And thank you Mrs.Evora my last sleep coach I spoke to. You all enjoy y'all day ?

Home Aid CPAP supplies does a really good job of getting my supplies delivered to me. My latest experience was with representative Casey. Casey helped me coordinate with the doctor to get a new prescription. This involved several calls, etc. Casey was able to get the approval and called me today to tell me that supplies were being sent out. Casey is a great communicator! He is also very patient and takes the time to make you feel special. He genuinely cares about the customer. Thank you, Casey! You are the best!!!
