I went to this location and was very confused about a project I had to complete. Two different employees helped me find the items I needed, explained how to find videos on line and took time to explain what to do. The workers definitely make or break the atmosphere in a store and I was grateful.

The worst depot I have ever been to.
I spend 1h to try to find isle 15 bay 8 which doesn’t exist waited for associate for 1h in plumbing department no one ever showed.
Online they have everything you go in store there is nothing
You accept pro account to check out faster there is one teller which won’t even bother to check you out.
At some point I walked the whole place to find someone and they said that they all are on break/meeting
I spoke to Vinny who asked for manager which they left me waiting for another 30min but no one came
Managers name Mashood and Shanteria
But definitely worst experience ever

Do not use these people for dishwasher installation! We paid for our new dishwasher to be installed, and the person came, demanded $100 extra money in cash, and then left us with a leaking sink! The problem is that they did not use plumber's putty to seal the sink drain.... these people are terrible. My advice is to have your dishwasher delivered, and ask your own plumber to install it. That will be less expensive!

Every time Home Depot surprises me now with dogs attacking people only seen in airports and special groups but today Home Depot using it as a weapon for what? I haven't seen it in Lowes, I haven't seen it in big stores, but they believe that they are in the biggest cansels. dog bite, everything is screwed, it's not good, what a consumer I see, very anti-human

An Absolute disaster of a place to rent tools.
Made reservations for a power washer 3 days in advance. Pick up was 1pm Friday I changed it to 3 pm the day before and even took a snap shot.
On the day of pickup I confirmed for 3 pm and actually called and the guy said your reservations can be for 4 hours. Got there at 230pm and guess what reservations was expired and within that time frame they game someone else it. Alfred the guy behind the desk was an idiot and not helpful because he’s the one I spoke to on the phone.
They wanted to give me that sputter. Hell to the no. Matt the other attendant was decent and explained. But never again at tool rental at Bruckner. Unprofessional, rude and like Seinfeld said there’s the reservations that hold the product for you. They did not.
