My husband ans I filed jointly. Our tax preparer was running over 30 minutes behind. Him nor the receptionist kept us informed on when he would be done. We had another engagement to go to, so the receptionist mentioned we could leave our documents for the tp handle without us being there. The files were not uploaded or screen shotted in our HR Block account.
We will never go to this location again.

I filed our family's tax with Carlos, a tax pro at the Riverdale, Bronx NY office. It was perfect. Saying goodbye to wasting hours and days on self-filing and understanding the tax code. Carlos magically did everything within 20 minutes and we were done!

Been going here for years. Always do better refund-wise than filing myself. It's not cheap, but worth it, especially for the awesome service and funny jokes Mr. Whitehill provides. I highly recommend. Easy 5 stars.

I have gone to H&R Block for several years. The tax just became too intricate and overwhelming; I needed a professional. I found that profession at H&R Block in Ms. Trinidad Lopez. I have gone to Ms. Lopez for several years now and never been disappointed. Importantly, I know she has my best interests at heart. And her skill as a tax analyst/preparer is indisputable. they charge over $500 for taxes & didn’t even get what they claimed my return would be. Would definitely look elsewhere
