They made a mistake in setting up our account, and as a result our taxes did not get paid. They then did not respond to messages, and did not call after saying they would. They hung up on us once when we called them. NOW WE ARE PAYING INTEREST AND A LATE FEE. Thanks for nothing! Stay away! Edited to add: After filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, I received an almost immediate call and attentive service. The problem is still not solved -- we still owe the IRS money, plus interest and late fees, yet the money is still gone from our bank account -- but H&R Block said that they would issue a refund, so there's that.

These guys filed my taxes wrong, and I incurred extra fees. I was then promised a call back about the issue several times, and never received such a call. They also would not respond to my messages. I will certainly not be using them again.

Quite possibly the worst customer experience from a service I've ever experienced. Have called on 4 or 5 different days and no one will pick up. I was assigned to Tariqul Haque and then switched to Henry Ortecho, both of whom were completely unresponsive. Truly deplorable service.

I went there in this morning to get the Notary for a single stamp they charged me $6 whereas NY law says no more than $2. So you can imagine how they rip you off with your tax returns. I will also made their complain to Licensing department of NY.

The guy that I got was rude he asked me a question while I was answering he got up and talked to his co-worker. I told him I wanted to file a certain income he was like it was much so I shouldn't file since it's my 1st time I texted my peeps and asked and they were like file. He made it quite obvious that he didn't want to file it cause he gave me a ridiculous estimated price of $300+ yet it was $220; btw I only file 3 docs: 1098-T, W-2 and other income. Btw they have a discount that ends on the 9th. The lady at the front desk was very lovely tho.

I will never go to these clowns ever again. Bedford Pk BX NY. They made a big mistake on my return . I paid for price of mind. I put in a claim and it was denied aka DEAD ON ARRIVAL. They don’t intend on paying for their mistakes. They’re not even CPA’s they take a 2 week or so course to learn how to take your money. They didn’t even have the professionalism to call or email me that my claim was denied.
