Today I came by to do my taxes , I usually have a person named Joyce . She recently passed away unfortunately. I was told I could still do my taxes in that office and was directed to somebody named “ Patrice Stuart “ . After her reading back what I will get back I didn’t agree with the amount so I told her nicely I will hold off . She instantly got quiet with me and refused to talk to me or say bye. I then asked for MY w2 back and she refused to give to me .. when it’s MY PAPERWORK . She said “ since I printed it out for you I will throw it away in the shredder “ I said well that is my information and I prefer you don’t do that and she started RIPPING it with her hands .. omg ! It was disgusting ! I have a right to stop my taxes if I don’t agree . Why was I treated as so ?
