This is the worst place to do your taxes SMH first time there the lady Ms Hilda telling me you’ll get a Refund back in 20 day ok cool. Then to do my taxes is $250 then a $42 dollars transfer fee to your account I’m like WTF I always go to a guy in Bk who does it free through TurboTax. She did my taxes 20 days came No Refund then come to find out I could’ve did my taxes free online through H&R website SMH that’s a Scam how you charging ppl in the office but it’s free online make it make sense never again and I’m still waiting for my Refund smh

The worst tax experience I ever had. The accountant that handled my taxes did not even attempt to help with fixing the low return. He was too busy attempting to charge me nearly 400.00 bucks for something I can do via the H&R Block website.
