I typically don’t go out of my way to write reviews but I knew this one was necessary. I unfortunately started my filing with Wanda from the H&R Block on Soundview, it was an absolute disaster. She didn’t thoroughly look through all my documents, blamed me for her incompetence and even somehow managed to add someone else’s tax documents(a random stranger) to my MyBlock account. Had it not been for Victor Tirado from H&R Block on Castle Hill, I might’ve never considered H&R Block to file my returns again.
Let me start by saying I came to him the day AFTER tax day, the office was filled with people who were trying to file last minute submissions as well, I was his last client of the night AND I needed to file 2022 & 2023. The office was supposed to close at 6pm yet Victor stayed working with me & my father til 9:30pm.
I was essentially the client no tax professional wants- yet Victor was patient, kind, knowledgeable, thorough, and smiled/joked throughout the whole process. Not only does he have over 20 yrs of experience, but he provides you with the type of service that makes you want to become a lifetime customer. I would recommend Victor time & time again to all friends & family in the area who want their returns filed accurately. Overall, every employee working in this particular office was hospitable & reassuring, 10/10!
I look forward to working with them next year if possible :)

Pple don't go to BLERINDA XHACI She will screwYour paperwork and delay your money coming through...She did it to me now I have to wait 8 weeks from IRS cause she messed up my taxes.. Other then that RACHEL MCNEAR is great on Customer Service. Thank you .....
