Did my 2023 taxes here. I received my federal tax return, but no my state tax return. I called them many times month after month and all they keep telling me is that my taxes was probably filed by mail and it will take longer for that reason. Tax season already passed and i never received my refund and my application doesn’t show up in the system. It never arrived. Apart from that, they charge base on how long they take to complete your taxes so if the person who is helping you doesn’t know what they’re doing you will end up paying more for their lack of knowledge. I will never do my taxes here again.

WARNING!!!!
They Lack In Fast Service And Clearly Don’t Get Their Job Done What-So-Ever.
I Went Into This H&R Block Around June 24th, 2020 Around 4:25PM. The Lady Assured Me That I Would Receive A Call Within The Next 2 Weeks After She Reviews My Taxes... 4 Months Fast Forward, I Still Have NOT Received Nothing And Had To Go Into The H&R Block On Jerome Avenue Just To Find Out Im Still Not Even On File.
Never Attend Here.!

Quick, friendly and very attentive to clients needs. They answered every questioned I had. The staff there gave me an appointment and when I arrived they took me in without any wait time. I cant complain of customer service ..they were great!
