Coming to this location was the most terrible experience I’ve had filing my taxes over the past 10 years. I already questioned Patricia Stewart’s ability and willingness to file my taxes for me following the fact that from the very beginning she made inappropriate comments. After enduring and brushing off the inappropriate comments Ms. Stewart made, I stilled allowed her to handle filing my tax returns, I asked many questions to reassure I’d have no issues, because one would assume they are receiving a certain level of professional service with the dollar amount that is being paid ($164) I was told to upload my missing documents (information never given to me before) via the app and still after returning emails my taxes were left unattended to, and never followed up with. I tried calling the location on multiple occasions to get no answer. $164 of my dollars, and they couldn’t even follow up with the mistake they made. Not to mention offer any compensation. Just a sad experience overall, avoid this location.

Courteous and friendly. Patient and willing to explain any and anything you may have concerns about. Complete taxes in a timely manner, and make you feel confident that they know what their doing.

The tax preparer messed up my taxes twice. She mixed up my social security number the first time and then she kept messing up the paperwork. I don’t know why they hire people who aren’t trained for this. Not to mention I’m paying over $100 for her to do it and she can’t even do it right.

I didn't have to wait too long. The guy I saw was extremely patient with me. He helped me get back more money than I ever have gotten back before. I recommend it completely. They also don't charge as much as other places.
