The entire staff is professional and extremely fast at filling all of my prescriptions every month. No doubt, it's the best pharmacy I've ever been to.Salute to Ms. Arelis and Linden, the coolest pharmacists that get the job done correctly the first time, every time. They make me feel like family. Wonderful people with the highest standards of professionalism and customer service. I'm a very grateful client.Thank you, Imperial Pharmacy,Lawrence N.

They are the quickest pharmacy I have ever been to. They are also the kindest. Rite aid would have a lot to learn from them.

No one answers the phone. They don’t know what they doing there. There’s two working but feels as if there’s only only person that worked in that pharmacy cleaning filling in prescriptions, pick up the calls cause mother ever gets done correct at that place. I’ve been calling since 10am it’s now 12:02pm and I still have yet to speak to someone regarding my medication. Worst pharmacy ever!!!!Since the owner doesn't get what I wrote which is completely understandable due to him not knowing how to hire nor run a Pharmacy.NUMBER ONE- ONLY TWO PEOPLE WORK AT AN SO CALL "BUSY PHARMACY"NUMBER TWO THEY REFILL MY PRESCRIPTIONS WITHOUT ME ASKING YOU TO DO SO, DO TO THE FACT THAT I HAVE AN ANOTHER LOVELY PHARMACY THAT I HAVE BEEN GOING TO FOR YEARS .NUMBER THREE I CALLED FOR THREE HOURS STRAIGHT AND WHEN THEY FINALLY DECIDE TO ANSWER I WAS TOLD IT WAS MY FAULT DUE TO THEM BEING BUSY... MIND YOU I WORK FOR THE CITY NOT THE PHARMACY.SO SINCE I'M VERY BUSY WITH WHAT I DO I CAN'T AFFORD YOU TO TAKE ANY MORE OF MY TIME.... BUT JUST FOR MY PEOPLE AND FAMILY AROUND 225 St- 261 St If you're not Spanish and dont have the free time to give this nasty pharmacy please go elsewhere i promise you. It is nothing like these people.

Get there early. They open at 9am but people are outside on line at 730am. There’s a $100 fee for a rapid COVID test if you don’t have emblem health insurance which is the only one they accept. The results are printed and provided to you. There are pros and cons and compare toOther testing centers in the neighborhood the line and wait time were significantly shorter. However it’s sad to pay $100 for a 10 minute test that can be used as prevention and to save lives. Lord have mercy!

Went this morning with my husband and son after being on line 3.5hrs at the CityMD Urgent care Riverdale site. Staff member typed in our information into an ipad. Leaving there , according to a staff member, we were placed on a virtual line. Was told to expect a text message in about 5-6 hrs to return for testing. We are still waiting! Now onto Imperial Pharmacy- We arrived about 25 minutes to 9AM. A small line already had started. Considering the amount of patients this staff has been seeing for PCR COVID-19 testing, they’re very courteous. Me as a Nurse by profession, appreciated the professionalism , courteousness showed to everyone, and organization in handling the patient load. Yes this may be a smaller private neighborhood pharmacy, but these larger corporate medical sites/ Urgent Care should observe what real efficient patient care is. The respect that was showed to the elderly as well was noted. I don’t know why I didn’t come to them first. I highly recommend them.

My experience here was an interesting one.I showed up here on Dec. 20th at 8:30am, 30 minutes before they opened with the intention of receiving a COVID-19 PCR test -- something they advertise with a banner on the building as well as on their website. Their website says it's free (more on that later), but I knew ahead of time it would be $80 (or so I thought) -- others in the neighborhood told me that's what it cost.At 9am, the store opens and the woman informs many of us standing in line that COVID-19 testing does not start until 11am. She says she is the only individual working at the time and she has to fill prescriptions and tend to other duties. Totally understandable EXCEPT for the fact that it would have been nice if they advertised somewhere that testing started at 11am (they have this info on their website now, but again, more on that later). So at the time, my fiancee told me to Uber to a drug store in Inwood to find at-home tests as they have been really hard to find. While in my Uber, I left a one-star review for the pharmacy. My review was to the point and truthful, and in no way a knock on the employees or their work ethic. But in my 1-star review, I stated that this place does not start testing until 11am, but they did not post that information anywhere, and as a result, forced people to stand out in the cold for hours to wait for a test. This was all 100% truthful information at the time.Later on I get a text from my fiancee saying that someone saw the 1-star review, and decided to come to the pharmacy in order to help out with testing and start doing it immediately (around 9:30am or so rather than 11am). The woman begins taking names as I quickly Uber back to Imperial Pharmacy. My fiancee gave my name to the woman who almost decided not to take my name solely because I left the 1-star review. She asked my fiancee that I take down the 1-star review which I did.I eventually make it back to Imperial Pharmacy to get my test where I am informed by the woman that tests that day will be $100, rather than $80, because she came in early to help out.As I go in for MY test, the woman asks me why I wrote such a negative review. She said, "we're working very hard you know and we're very busy." I explained to her that my only criticism was that they should have information on their website explaining that testing begins at 11am. (I never accused anyone of not being busy or not working hard). Her response to me at that moment was, "well we're too busy to update the website."That's a silly answer. Lots of businesses have hard working busy people but still manage to find a way to update their website. I get it. Maybe they're putting in 15 hour days in preparation to open and wrapping up after they close. But the reality of the situation is, in 2022, if you want to compete and have the approval of the community, you need to have an updated website. And updating the times of when you do COVID testing LITERALLY takes 10 seconds.Of course, since this occurrence, the pharmacy HAS gone ahead and updated their website with the hours that they do testing.Their website still does say they offer FREE PCR testing though which should also be updated. That to my knowledge has never been true, and it certainly is not true today. (Screenshot from their website is posted here). So despite all this -- the staff was kind and courteous but it did rub me the wrong way that they criticized me for my initial 1-star review despite the fact everything I said in my review was 1000% truthful and honest. And the same can be said for this review here.I do credit them though for taking the advice of updating their website and doing it. That's the PROPER way to handle a review. Take the legitimate criticism in stride, fix the problem, and then respond to the negative review stating something like "thank you for letting us know your criticism. We have since corrected the issue." Easy as that. Don't criticize ME for making a legitimate criticism.

My pharmacy of choice. Everyone is extremely helpful and goes out of their way to make sure my prescriptions are ready on time. In addition, I am able to get tested pretty frequently for Covid at Imperial; the test is done very quickly and the results are sent in a timely manner.

The level of care is excellent. This has been my pharmacy for over 3 years, I come in monthly for my daughter's medication. By my 3rd month visiting this pharmacy, one of the ladies recognized me as I entered the outer door and was ringing up my order by the time it took me to walk to the counter. Thank you so much for continuing what I consider to be a personalized service.
