Terrible service, inflated prices at pick-up and delivery, lied about delivery times, impossible to get in contact with. Picked-up outside of delivery window, and did not alert me to drop-off until hours before. Do not use global elite moving either as the contract out to them.

Can't believe I never wrote an update to this - they never got me my china cabinet. All I have is a grainy picture of it in their NY warehouse.

If I could zero or negative stars I would. Bait you with low quotes. False promises on the phone. On your tail till you set a deal with them. Will increase your quote by almost a double. Once they have your furniture you barely hear from them.

Crooks! I moved from SC to NY in 2010. These people showed up unprepared, then went out and bought the cheapest packing tape I've ever seen. I'm still finding their stickers on our stuff some 8 years later. That was the least of their rank lack of professionalism and customer care though. Once in SC, they proceed to day hire some criminal types off the streets. These lowlifes smoked in our house and stole over $200 in proceeds from a yard sale. When we confronted the company, all we got was, "did you have cameras installed to prove it?" Really?! Don't waste your time with these people. There are actual, reputable movers out there! I'd give negative stars if that were an option!!

My experience with them was not all bad. My move was from LA to NY. I looked up moving companies on the web and put in my info and next thing you know three different movers were emailing and calling me with quotes. Infinity gave me the better estimate so I went with them. The agent would call me every other day to check on me until I signed the contract. In short I was moving just 6 boxes, a TV and two coffee tables. She told me since it was so minimal I should be receiving my stuff within 10 days of moving. Packers were professional and polite. Until the leader started with the extra charges: $45 for "crating" my TV (blanket, and cardboard taped up together), $125 because I was on the 3rd floor but because the elevator was right as you step out of my door, he did me a favor and waved it. But there was not waiving the $100 and change because all of my stuff didn't fit in the 250 cubic feet that my estimate was based upon. I didn't get a chance to look at it on my own and that was my fault. Two weeks into moving back to NY I emailed them about ETA and got response a day later saying that my stuff would come in the next shipment. Fine. Another week pass. Nothing. I emailed them again. They are locating the shipment should be any day now...btw, it will be $300 extra because the truck doesn't fit in my street and they would need a shutter van service to do my delivery.... I emailed them that I had two different companies do deliveries of appliances with large commercial trucks and I don't think its professional on their part to charge me that when my stuff are in their possession. They informed me it was in the contract I signed... *Cough fine-print trick. Shame on me again... Finally another week and a half passed they finally called me around 6pm to tell me my delivery should arrive the next day after 12pm That is not 24 hrs advanced notice like they said they will do. But at that point I am happy I will finally get my stuff. The person on the phone leaves me with: Do you know your balance? And reminds me its going to be $300 extra.... The next day we waited all day. Surprise! Nothing. No delivery, no email, no phone call, no updates. I called them and of course there is just an answering machine. The following day I called and they tell me to hold while they try to "help me" locate the driver. They say the driver has a delivery in NJ in front of my delivery...and if I knew my balance? I pointed out how they where already 3 weeks late and hinted that an apology would be nice and that how come nobody contacted us the previous day AND that I knew what my balance was. The driver called me and said that between 4-6pm he would be making my delivery and that he would call me 30 minutes prior to arriving. 6:20pm I got a phone call at work from my mom saying that no delivery yet. I call the driver and they have an attitude with me! He says they are around the corner and they need to park and will proceed to unload AFTER counting the money....and did I know what my balance was?!........... So finally they unloaded my boxes from a TRUCK (not a shutter van) one of the boxes was broken and taped back up. Multiple items broken, which granted they traveled cross country and I packed them. But still... I filled up a survey about the service provided. It's a shame that they reserve the right to post any and all reviews. Hence I am writing my review here.

If I could give zero or negative stars I would. First the quote was no where near what we were charged after our stuff was loaded into truck #1. After our belongings were packed and loaded we were told 5-7 business days after it left CA. Well...our stuff didn't leave CA for nearly a week. When the delivery driver got here (truck #2) it showed up late, covered in graffiti and the crew that came with to unload were NOT movers and damaged a lot of our things. Threw fragile (literally threw) boxes down, upside down or sideways and to make matters completely worse the day workers picked up at Home Depot stole our iwatch and my grandmothers and great grandmothers ring. I was devastated and still am. I have been trying to file a claim, but no one finds it urgent nor can I speak to anyone in person.y husband and I are disabled and wanted to trust a company to do good honest work, and that for sure did not happen. We tried calling the truck driver who delivered our things but he had no idea who he hired for the unloading process. Grown men were stomping and climbing up our boxes as they threw things out of the truck. I don't know where to begin with the claims, the police reports, etc but this company is a fraud and terrible.

NO WAY! PLENTY OF DAMAGE & Cost Infinity charged for our move: $8,316 From: NYC To: Miami Beach Price included Infinity to pack & unpack OUR BACKGROUND: My wife and i have moved many times in the last twenty years, both local and internationally so i would say that i have a pretty realistic view on what one should expect in a mover. This year, 2014 we moved from a 2 bedroom apartment in Manhattan to a 2 bedroom in Miami Beach. In summery, IT WAS THE WORST move we ever had! Although all the movers were nice and well mannered this is where are complaints are: INFINITY'S POOR PERFORMANCE & THE REASONS I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN: - Since we moved from one state to another and the truck was going to make it to Florida fast we were asked if we wanted our belongings stored so that we could take our time getting down there. Although we told them we wanted them as soon as possible they held our belonging in NYC and we subsequently did not get them for almost 2 weeks. - When our belongs finally arrived and were unpacked, almost every hard piece of furniture was scratched, dented or broken! Although this has never happened to us before (and our previous move was from Malaysia to NYC) I felt we were understanding and when we made a claim i took into consideration that "things happen" so i did not claim for every little scratch. However, to this day, approximately 3 months later they still have not finalized our claim. In fact, they asked us to check back with them every 2 to 3 weeks (which we have) to check up on the progress. Again, no reimbursement thus far. - Because the Infinity Movers arrived our Miami apartment late in the day we were left to unpack the balance of our boxes which were many (despite having paid for full unpack service). - They also delivered items to our apartment which were not ours.
