I cannot emphasize just how amazing this shop was. Anthony at reception was so sweet and helpful in explaining everything and making everything so easy! My car went in looking mangled with my passenger side doors basically mangled and came out show room new. I was worried about the color because its an uncommon color and they matched it to perfection! and went above and beyond. When I went to get in my car, it had been detailed and cleaned to look brand new!! They bagged all my stuff but left my mom's funeral prayer card on the console, and that meant so much to me because It was so respectful of them. I could not recommend this place enough. Every person there was so nice!

Had my side mirror replaced and it was done fast and everyone was super nice. I will never go to another auto body shop :)

Have been bring my families cars to them for over 30 years. They do the best job! Most important they know how to match the paint for the cars correctly. Most shops can't do that. I recommend them without hesitation. Fair and honest. A nice family run business. They also run the Hertz rent a car business accross the street.

I cannot thank Italy A&F Auto Repair enough for the top-notch service and professionalism they rendered in fixing my vehicle in a timely manner. I cannot say enough good things about these guys. First off, they are attentive to their customers. Always nice. They take the time to explain and educate. When it comes to the work, they take great pride in their attention to detail. They are absolute pros with modern cars and all the high tech issues that come with them. Had a full front end repair on a '22. I went to them because of my insurance company, I'd go back to them because they earned it. My wife’s Honda Pilot looks like it did the day we purchased it. The team at Italy Auto did an unbelievable job repairing the entire front end after a severe collision. I would recommend them to anyone needing any type of collision repair. The best part of the experience was that they have a Hertz rental on location. I was in and out within an hour of dropping off my vehicle. They have a nice waiting area with fresh coffee and wifi too. My work van was ready when promised. They even arranged a rental truck for me. The paint matched perfectly and every ding and scratch was buffed out. No problem when I called. I got an update and all worked out perfectly.
