This place one big joke never again. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here when comes to doing your taxes. I didn’t appreciate it that the fact that me and my friend went there to files his taxes that he received from his college. Suddenly we spoke to this young lady at Jackson Hewitt goes by Tonya which I thought she was nice at first but I guess I was wrong. While I was with my friend which he need help and assistance due to his Accent I was there for him to help. While this lady already setting up information into the computer my friend handed in his all his information from school and identification. While she was on the computer calculating she ask questions like have my friend ever receive his 3rd stimulus check in the past since 2021 he said no. While she continue calculating once again she just start by saying he isn’t entitled to no refund due to his credits from school he already graduated which is a lied because he is still continue student at his college until this day on. The worst part she said was very Insulting and Degraded that “oh the only thing you can get from the state so far is worth $63 dollars.. My friend and I giving her this look like are you freaking kidding me. So we decided to leave that very degraded and insult to my friend. Once again never again with this place!!!

I’ve been going to this branch since I moved to the Bronx. Ms.Tanya and Ms. Sunidra are the best. No issues no concerns. Very professional the whole staff. Would recommend!!!!!

They’re professional, respectful of your time and committed to get you the best refund possible (if you’re eligible for a refund). I highly recommend meeting with a team member here. Jackson Hewitt was efficient and well organized. Staff was respectful and provided conphreosive support. Ms. Walquidia was very pleasant and helpful and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. I would recommend using Jackson Hewitt for all your tax purposes.
