One year long ago I did my taxes with another popular company and had to pay the IRS back money for the 1st time in my life. Thank God I never had to endure that again when I switched to Jackson Hewitt. My taxes come out correct every time.

Tyrone knows his stuff, and he is professional and friendly. He gives excellent advice when you ask him about taxes or business. He doesn't mind helping.

Visited the site at yankee stadium and the service was horrible. I asked for quote on fee was told had be processed first. I understood that, but they were switching people in and out the whole time was there. Was there almost hour and when finally finished want tell me outrageously high number. I can’t give back all my taxes to fees. The person was mad and aggravated that he ripped up my w2 he printed. Back to turbo tax for me.

GAHFUR is the worst tax person I have ever worked with. He lied to my elderly mother and won’t give her her refund checks. the IRS has been alerted regarding his lackluster service.DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.They hung up on you if you call.
