I been coming here the past 15 year I have recommended few of my friends and family member. Never had a problem but this year the communication is worse I been trying to get in touch with luiciano and I left messages and number and nothing at all today I call and I got the same answer oh he will call you back. It been two week going to another week. But they real quick to get paid but can’t give you a call back.

The agent (tax preparer) didn't ask me any questions at all to see if I qualify for deductions. I asked him about it and he simply said "NO, you didn't make enough money." Just like that. I would probably never use JH ever again. He truly was very unprofessional.

Jackson-Hewitt has been my go-to Tax Service for several years.Easy to schedule appointments, so no waiting. Accurate work. Fast returns. I'll be using JH until I retire and possibly beyond.

My family and I have been tax preparing our taxes at Jackson Hewitt 88 East 161st for over 20 years and we have never been disappointed. The tax preparers are professional and knowledgeable of up to date tax laws and tax credits. I have referred many people to Jackson Hewitt and I will continue to do so. The current rating is not a reflection of the level of service , professionalism and knowledge that this location provides. Book an appointment or walk right in to have your taxes prepared, you will not be disappointed.

I would have given 5 stars because of the friendly, courteous, speed, and knowledge of the staff. However, I was not happy with the switching of people. It took three different people to complete my taxes. 1 entered it, the CPA reviewed and made final edits, and a 3rd person to complete, submit and give me my copies.

My tax preparer was awesome. He was very patient and kind but his coworker was very loud and rude. I was a little dissatisfied with my advance loan due to the fact I was told that I would receive 3500 on my advance but only received 1500

Mr. Singh is excellent in what he do. Some of the staff is incompetent. They don't put the right information in the computer. Made things difficult.
