Jackson Hewitt has the best customer service experience I have been to other tax offices and they never were helpful when it came to me asking them questions or even knowing the type of documents I was supposed to bring at times. With Jackson Hewitt you can schedule your appointment online or you can come in person and there's always someone there to help you & give you the type of information that you need to know ?.
