This was my very first time visiting this location, and I was greeted by the most pleasant employee. Ms. Kashalenna welcomed me with a smile and was quite personable. Being new to the area, I appreciate the level of customer service this young lady provided.

I go to Jackson Hewitt on 4015 white plains road for some years and they definitely know their work and very professional and never had any issues with my taxes.

My husband and I have been doing our taxes at this location for 3 years now. We’ve always had a good experience here. Hope answers all of our questions and greets us with a welcoming smile every time. Other locations we’ve gotten attitude and treated like just another customer. If we call with any follow up questions she gets back to us immediately. I would definitely recommend doing your taxes here.

This place is very good they been there for years. My sisters file here. Went she was ordered George helped her send the documents into the IRS. I went to file here this year and i was able to call in for an appointment. I was happy to see everyone wearing face covering and it was social distance. George was very knowledgeable and quick. He also give me some good advise while doing my taxes

Hope Checkley illegally filed my tax return without any authorization or w2. contacted Jackson Hewitt told them what she did and they said that was wrong and fraud. please be careful. Then she tells you to file for the refund advance laon you have to file with them weather approved or not lies. I contacted Jackson Hewitt and they said whether you are approved or not you still don't have to file with them.

They charge to much to do your taxes and they mess up my taxes would not recommend.
