Friendly service!!! I needed to unclog my toliet, staff was kind enough to demonstrate how to use a snake. My grandson was with me. My 7 year old grandson said "I can do that" When we got home my grandson remembered every detailed and he was able to use the snake on his own and unclog the toilet. Thanks Jerry's Hardware store!!

with the amount of business i gave you guys in that few months and you have decided not to return a $25 item which was in the original pack, its a shame for me to walk in to your store, and legally you have to return itemsstuped....

This is the second closet hardware store near my hone - and because of the friendly staff and the quiet environment I usually always bypass the first hardware store and just come to Jerry’s hardware . They always have what I’m looking to purchase and check out is always a breeze .

I really enjoy picking up various item at that store, all the staff is so helpful . Their prices are reasonable, they work with the customers from that community, you can tell they really take effort in giving you the correct and proper directions fir handling your small jobs, overall I always have a great experience, let’s not forget they are very thrusting.. Hands down the BEST HARDWARE SHOP IN THE BRONX! Jerry's is a family-run and owned hardware store with that good ole' "old new york" neighborhood spot kind of vibe. They're very knowledgeable about household hardware issues and what tools you need to fix them. Need a key copy? Lookin for paint? Need a better hammer?Support your local business!
