I went on a Sunday. 2nd time. I ordered a hamburger well done. It was a lady that made it. The bread was fresh. Like just made fresh. The veggies were fresh. I'm so happy I went. That was a great burger. The place is clean and they don't serve pork, a plus for me. The cookies were just made and they were delicious. I had the chocolate chips and the red one had chocolate chip and white chocolate ?. I recommend. Im pretty picky about food. It's 5 stars for me with the burger. All the employees were all extremely nice.

I came into Jerry's today during my lunch break around 2pm and it will be my last time going. I've been going here for over 10 years. I typically buy a variety of slices or combination of pizza pies. Today I decided to get a medium chicken and tomato pie and two veggie slices. Once I stated my order, a woman behind the counter said something in Spanish to her male colleague and he asks me if I am aware of the price. I said yes and I sensed a brief moment of hesitation. They talked in front of me in Spanish which I assume was the man telling the woman, "She said she can pay for it". As I waited for my order, I kept processing what just happened. I have never been asked if I am aware of the prices before my order is worked on. And I didn't see anyone else that came into the shop be asked the same question. When it came time to pay, I debated if it was worth me saying being insulted is why I'm not leaving a tip and because I just wanted to bring pizza home to my family is why I didn't immediately walkout. However, that experience left a sour taste in my mouth. The pizza doesn't taste as good as it used to and the service has declined. There's too many options in the Bronx for me to settle for Jerry's. I won't be back.

Ordered shrimp parmigiana and got chicken. Was told they prepare it in a way that makes it look like chicken. It was NOT shrimp shaped like chicken it’s chicken and they’re trying to pass it off as mashed shrimp. I know what shrimp tastes like and it’s not this.

Yesterday I went there to buy a medium pie (chicken and bacon) and they charged me $24… today I ordered by phone for delivery the same pie… and they said the total was $23… then when the delivery man came to deliver the pizza, he gave me a receipt for $30…How did the price of pizza rise so much from one day to the next? In addition to that, I had prepared to give a tip of $5 to the guy... then it would be around $35... too much money for a pizza... I called the pizzeria and the owner talked to me and said that the worker was confused (that is not my problem)... and I can understand that he was confused And instead of paying $23 I can pay $24 as I paid yesterday but paying $30 is too much! Wait so long for the pizza so that in the end they change the price however they want…. I didn’t accept that pizza… the owner didn't even apologize and was rude… that's how he treats his customers! I was a loyal customer of that place but now I will no longer go with that horrible treatment from that man... who does not respect women! it's a theft! Attached the pictures of the pizza that bought the day before!!!!

I called to make an order to pick up and the person that picked up the phone said "come to the store and order, it's not that big of a deal." I live far away and this is is the first time I heard someone say this. He was so rude.

Love my local pizzeria, always a good friendly service and love their lasagna pizza and cheese pizza, taste really good when you get it fresh from oven.
