“Today I came into the Bay Plaza mall I got two of my daughter’s ears pierced. they’re experience was nice. I met with Melina. She did both my daughters piercing with a breeze. “I was at the Bay Plaza Key Jewelers location on Thursday May 21, 2026 to inquire how to change the date and time and to put them correctly on my purchased Citizen Watch. I felt racially targeted by the store Manager, Candace Johnson Davis. The store managers behavior toward me was very unprofessional, she spent too much time with another customer of her own culture even when there was another staff already assisting the customer. I was next on line and the store manager blew past me and went straight to another customer of her own culture who entered after me to assist her. When I informed her I was next the store manager became very rude, displayed even more unprofessional behavior, and I felt targeted by racial profiling. I had to leave without getting the service I came to the store to obtain due to her unprofessional behavior. As I existed the store the store manager continued to yell words I no longer respond to. Candace Johnson Davis made me feel like never coming back to Key Jewelers at Bay Plaza and never purchasing anything ever again at this location .”

Unfortunately it was awhile ago so I can’t remember her name. the quality of the products do hold up to the prices they offer. I bought a Nintendo Switch from here & it still works perfectly. Plus Nintendo doesn’t see a dime from that purchase & that puts a smile on my face. I will come back here occasionally just to check on new inventory.”

“I needed 3 batteries for a small electronic device. The tiny screw was frozen. The jeweler patiently opened the device and then cleaned out the corrosion and put in three new batteries. It was a small job and I haven’t ever bought jewelry there. It didn’t matter that I wasn’t a frequent patron. I was treated with the utmost respect. What a nice experience.”

They have comics, records, toys, pins and so much more from decades ago to the present day. The staff are friendly and want to help you find anything that catches your fancy. “Food was amazing!The place is a bit far from where I live but being there was worth it!The only downside is getting in line to get your temperature taken, there’s an area with tables and chairs to sit but if you need to go back to where the food trucks are then you have to go back to the entrance to have your temperature taken again so I guess make sure you have all the food you want before getting a table.This review is for Bronx Night Market, I don’t know why the place says Berkis Jewelry”
