They wouldn’t exchange this pack of polo tees because they as RETAIL ASSOCIATES do not know how to fold it back into the box properly. And I simply wanted to exchange it for the correct size. If that’s not the most idiotic thing to say.

Customer service in this store was outstanding. The salesman. I forgot his name. Tall guy very helpful. Store neat and we will return. The whole staff very nice.

We we’re there on Thursday and the staffWe’re not helpful and rude to the customers. I drop all the clothes and left.they lost a sale for being unprofessional.

I bought these Nike air vapormax plus on August 11th 2022 for $228.64 . I went back the very next day ( less than 24 hours after my purchase ) and the girl who was at the front desk said that I can't return them because I used them . ( Which was completely false ) She then goes behind some door , start speaking to the assistant manager privately , then comes back out with the assistant manager . The " assistant manager " then tells me that she's the one in charge for the day and that she's not " comfortable " giving me my money back . ( Well I'm not comfortable spending $230 for you to tell me how to use my money when there was clearly nothing wrong with the sneakers ) . I then proceeded to explain to her that when I bought them on the previous day , no one looked at the sneakers before they sold them to me . The girl at the front desk opened the box to make sure those were the sneakers that I wanted and put the box in the bag . I also tried to explain to her , the only time I tried them on was in the store . The way that the sneakers looked when I returned them was exactly how Jimmy jazz sold them to me . And if they would have looked at the sneakers before they sold them to me , they would know this . And you know what the funny thing is , if they would have looked at the sneakers and deemed that the bottom was " dark " they still would have sold them to me . I still want my $230 back . This store has horrible service . If I were you , I would spend my money elsewhere .

They lied about there closing hours. They closed 20 minutes prior. Don't wait til the last minute. very lazy talent in the store with no respect or knowledge of fashion

The staff are rude not courtesous. They close the doors 30 mins before posted closing hours, They don't like to assist customers when asked to get different sizes.

First and last time I’ll come to this location. Staff are ok. Just the policy here at this location doesn’t make sense. Purchased a pair of sneakers for my son. Went back to exchange and I was told they do have a bigger size when they looked it up in the system. Guy comes back and says that they don’t have it. I asked for a refund. AND now I have to go to 125 location to get my money back. I purchased here in 3rd ave location, why do i have to go and waste my time in 125 to get a refund ??I can only get credit or exchange. Definitely do NOT recommend this location.Make a big banner to let everyone know. Think twice before purchasing here….

Poor customer service. Dangerous and unorganized fcfs releases and the workers sell multiple pairs of sneakers to the same person, all they do is purchase/leave/come back with the same bag and purchase again! (Friends and family) While lying straight to the customers face saying “we sold out” I’ve seen this many times and it’s disgusting! Patent breds release ???????

I came into this store four times in the last two months and every time none of the workers seem to want to be there. They don’t introduce themselves, they don’t offer assistance or even great you.The last time I came into the store looking for a specific sneaker the “manager” didn’t even want to help me. Jus immediately told me they don’t have and it would be a waste of his time to look if other stores have it. He didn’t even offer to show me other styles or sneakers.I never plan on going back. The Foot Locker across street has wayyyy better staff. They are polite and professional. I recommend going there instead of this nasty Jimmy Jazz on third.

Today I came in search of the perfect sneaker. I was greeted by one of the employees which is why they are getting a two star. As I browsed along the walls a store associate asked if I need help and I said yes and proceeded to tell her the type of shoe I wanted , she made a confused look and walked away. I continued browsing and tried on a shoe from the wall when I went to sit on the bench near the door a store associate was resting on the that bench and paid me no mind as his phone and gossip with another associate was more pressing. I asked the associate for a size and he proceeded to tell me go over to that guy ( gesturing towards the store). I went to the register and asked for the product. Unfortunately they did not have it. All in all the customer service was terrible.
