  Staff members were friendly and service was nice 👍 I did transmission oil change at 100k rav4 but I could drive more like 150k on manufactured transmission oil
  I see oil was good but owner said 100k is good to change oil fore me it’s jus a peace of mind

  I dropped off my vehicle on July 2, 2025, and was initially told it would be ready in three days. However, I had to wait a full week before I was contacted. At that time, I was charged $1,452.39 for two oxygen sensors and a rear right axle replacement. Just three minutes after picking up the vehicle, the check engine light came on again. I immediately returned the car to the shop and was told it would be looked at again.
  Unfortunately, the car remained with the shop for three additional weeks, during which I received conflicting and inconsistent updates each time I called. On July 23, 2025, 1 visited the shop in person due to the ongoing lack of communication and resolution, but the situation remained unresolved. This experience has been deeply frustrating, and I feel that I was overcharged for a repair that clearly did not resolve the issue.

  No stars is what’s needed , DO NOT GO if you needed a sign to let you know weather or not it’s somewhere to trust with your car it’s not the owner and all his disciples are terrible , they will have you waiting hours or days for them to play you out your money . I went there was TELLING THEM it was an electrical problem and got shot down they telling me it’s the alternator I kept telling them it’s an electrical problem they sent me home put in a new alternator and when I called the next day they say it’s electrical so now from 395 they tell me 1200 to fix everything … they will get you out of as much money as they can … they won’t even acknowledge you until they see some money and your car still won’t work properly I guarantee it . DO NOT GO HERE ! Let me be your example . They don’t care about you or your car they only wanna see money

  Do not take your car to this place. They are so unorganized and so unprofessional. They open up about 6:30 or 7:00 in the morning and you will be there before a lot of people, and they will have you waiting there all day for something so minor. They seem to be very busy and have a lot of cars waiting but I believe the reason why there's so many cars, is people are bringing their cars back because they didn't fix it right.TRUST ME! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED,,!!!.. THIS PLACE WILL ROB YOU FOR YOUR MONEY AND WASTE YOUR TIME! DON'T PLAY YOURSELF OUT OF POSITION! There are better Auto mechanic shops in the Bronx.. please believe me!

  Do not take your vehicle to this place. To me my car is like my baby and you wouldn't let a bad babysitter watch your baby now would you? These guys fix one thing and break another, then make it seem like it's your fault after you've paid them. And they will hold your car for days for a problem so small. Never again!!!😤

  The problem here is unorganized chaos. The place is small and on a busy street by a bus lane. U can get there at 7.30 am and already 30 cars in front of you. No one comes to acknowledge your presence and put u in order. You cld sit there for an hour or two not knowing anything or if you'll be seen. They don't hve appointments either. So I understand the mechanics are good but they desperately need to have better system of arriving customers. JOCHY...FIX THE MESS. THEY close at 6 and if u get there at 9.30 or 10am u can't be seen that day. You drive there and literally there's no where for u to park or be greeted and acknowledged. If u can't get there by 9am.. don't bother bcse they are booked for the day

  Jochy’s Auto Repair is amazing! I took my car to another shop and they took three days before they gave up and could not fix the issue. I took it to Jochy’s after they gave up and he fixed it in less than a day!! Very affordable, fast, and professional. 10/10 Recommend.

  I've been dealing with Jonch Repairs for over 10 plus years and have been very satisfied with the work. There is waiting time but we'll worth it.

  Great auto repair shop. Jochy Auto Repairs restored our stollen 2008 Honda CR-V EX-L Catalytic converter fast, effectively, and efficiently. We highly recommend this shop.
  
  They have multiple expertise with dedicated shops for each, including electronic technology, tire management, general mechanics brakes, engine, transmission, etc.
  
  Fair pricing is another thing that we liked.
  
  Note: this particular is efficient but very busy. Go early and be prepared to wait.

  Honest review, Watch out with them they’re not bad but they’re not good either, so be careful when doing business with this auto repair shop. I brought my car here because theres a noise coming from the car they said it was something but it ended up being something else I wouldn’t have ever known if I hadn’t taken my car somewhere else. They prioritize the money, and also watch out when paying with cards because they could overcharge you a little extra and also last inconvenience is the wait time youll be waiting at least 2-3 hours for something simple. The way they work is first come, first served, so mind you, even if you get there at 8 am (when they open), you’ll have to wait since they already have vehicles inside the shop waiting for the mechanics to arrive. Again, not bad, not great either. Stay safe y’all.
