Best deals around! Bought 3 IPads for Christmas for my children. Would have never paid that less anywhere else, and they weren't even available in stores or online. I would have paid double or more and had to have it shipped after Christmas. Love this place! They fixed my broken screen so fast and worked with me for now being a return customer.

My favorite place to go I called and they fix my son phone fast with a good price and gave me a little bag with goodies inside I will never go anywhere else now. If you want your phone fix go here I had to get new battery and broken screen

Jordan is the best technician I had a problem nobody was able to fix. I went to Apple and they wanted to charge me $700 and they for a new phone and they could not help me with the phone that I had. I went to Jordan and he was able to fix my problem for less than half the price the best customer service he gave me my phone back in five hours because I had a flight to catch the next day and also gave me a free charger. definitely will recommend and I will only be working with him from now on.

Today dec 21 at 9:00 am that jordan tech opened, i brought in my wifes iphone 15 pro which had a cracked screen, the technician there told us it will take 25 mins to fix. Came back in 30 mins and the phone was done. Excellent job. Excellent screen not the cheap kind either, great quality. I still cant get over how fast he did the job. Will go back again if need be. Thank you and happy holidays. U made our day.

Let me start by saying they have the worst customer service. The front desk guy doesn’t realize ours a place of business and not the corner. Brought in a phone early morning was told to come back at a certain time hours later when they’re sign clearly says 10 min fix and I paid in full. I arrived 20 mins before the actual time to be told the person was out getting food come back in another hour! Another worker explained it was his fault since he brought the wrong screen and had to send the other guy to get the right one. So now I’m upset because I don’t live in this neighborhood had to find someone to watch my children to take Uber back and forth you would think the right thing of this business to do would be to offer some sort of partial refund or make the situation better at the end after arguing my point the worker tried to give me $10 I told him he could keep it it wasn’t about a refund and I don’t argue for $10 it’s the principle of the matter. Overall poor customer service and poor quality fix! Find a better store for your phone

This is such a wonderful place. I just went there today as my phone had completely unexpectedly stopped working, and I thought it may need a battery or even more. Turns out he diagnosed and fixed it so quick without me even having to buy another battery! Super great service and very knowledgeable about all things phones. Highly recommend this store for anything phone related.

Went in to fix my iPhone camera lens that cracked. Strange guy made me pay before any service was even done. It was fixed quickly, but with a camera lens that’s obviously from another phone. It looks tacky now, and the quality is not the same as the original camera. It takes photos but it’s blurry with some weird reaction to lights. He told me there’s no refunds and that’s the best anyone can do cause it’s “an intricate piece.” I swear just pay a little more n get your stuff fixed by the professionals
