This is such a wonderful place. I just went there today as my phone had completely unexpectedly stopped working, and I thought it may need a battery or even more. Turns out he diagnosed and fixed it so quick without me even having to buy another battery! Super great service and very knowledgeable about all things phones. Highly recommend this store for anything phone related.

Went in to fix my iPhone camera lens that cracked. Strange guy made me pay before any service was even done. It was fixed quickly, but with a camera lens that’s obviously from another phone. It looks tacky now, and the quality is not the same as the original camera. It takes photos but it’s blurry with some weird reaction to lights. He told me there’s no refunds and that’s the best anyone can do cause it’s “an intricate piece.” I swear just pay a little more n get your stuff fixed by the professionals

I took my screen to get fixed, YES it was fixed and looks great. UNTIL I looked at the screen and saw a crack in the corner. And now a few hrs later another on going straight up the screen. I NEVER DROPPED MY PHONE !! Do NOT GO HERE they use cheap materials I suppose to get you to keep coming back!! HORRIBLE just HORRIBLE!!

Good price but bad installation. I got my phone fixed here a couple days ago and ever since it’s been in a protective case. Today I took it out the case for the first time to find out the side of the screen is falling off it’s not loose it was put on incorrectly the screen is turning on and off due to the screen. My phone has not fallen or dropped in water and I’m sure of it.Update: the guy who fixed my phone told me to come in so he could fix the problem with my phone, right? So I come that Sunday that he told me too, and the store was closed.

I have a iPod pearl only three years old all of a sudden it wasn’t charging. I went to half of two times they told me that is not worth fixing. I took it t 2 place. I was told the same thing. Anyway I remember that 10 minutes fix Jordan tech was right there at White Plains Rd. and Burke Avenue. I took it in there and Tuesday and I was able to pick it up yesterday on my god my iPad is working. You guys are the best and I’m telling you I’m sending customers over to you, thank you thank you thank you. God bless you all.

They have great customer service and are quick. I came here to get the screen my moms galaxy s10 replaced. The total was $180 with tax $195, the screen looks the same as when it first came out the box and the owner also gave me a free portable charger, will definitely be coming back.
