I was there two weeks ago my daughter bought a gift it didn't work out. We swapped it for something else that also didn't work out and so I came today to change it. It's worth noting that when we were there two weeks ago with my family The tow women who were working, they offered no alternative or gave any information about the boots and the product and how long it takes to break it in and just some of the things that would have been important to know for a novice Dr Marten wearer. I am happy to report that Justin and Leo were on duty today along with their amazing Male manager. I-didn't get his name collectively they were amazing - from my entrance to departure. so now I know that I need to do to break these boots in - for about 4-5 wears- i purchased at their suggestion the substance to soften the leather and as a result, I left a satisfied customer All organizations should be aware that this is the difference between good customer service, and people who are just phoning it in good job, Justin and Leo well done.

Went there on a Sunday and Angel was by herself with about 7 customers and she was so amazing helping everyone ,she was taking care of the register and asking customers for their size and answering questions while cashing people out and everyone was satisfied with the service she provided and to top it off the mall had no AC and she was able to still take care of everyone. She was AMAZING.Thank you angel for ur help and service. JOURNEY NEEDS TO CLONE MORE OF HER LOL .

Went in on Sunday to journeys in bay plaza and angel the store manager was by herself. She was amazing. She was able to cashier customers and answer guests questions and get customers shoes in between customers at the register and everything flowed perfectly. She was awesome. I hope her supervisors know the amazing work and service she provides for the customers. She needs to be cloned lol. Great job angel . Keep it up. A satisfied customer Jay

Now i don't shop at journeys EVER but i needed converse to be Rue for my Euphoria party. I signed up to journey via email and got $5 off my $25 or more order. When i walked into the store i was greeted what looked like the only worker and she was able to quickly grab my shoe since i knew what i needed and size. She ran me up and since i was with my kids she gave them stickers to perk them up. Service was good. Store seemed to also have some skater vibe shoes. Might come back to look for a pair for my daughter.

Green light Presentation: 5Organization: 5Cleanliness: 5Service: 5I enjoyed my experience coming here. The store was organized and clean. I found the items I was looking right away. I had Emily the ASM assist me with the shoes I needed. She was absolutely excellent. They have great prices and sales. I think this Journeys store is great. ??Go here!

Bought a skateboard for my daughter, the staff was extremely helpful in building her board.. and once we told the staff member, he invited us to an all girls skating event. He even offered to give my daughter some lessons. Highly recommend shopping here. The staff is very knowledgeable in all things related to the store.Xavier is an awesome guy, the other guy that built the board for us was also very friendly.. although I didn't catch his name!

Where do I start? This is going to be very detailed and thorough. I came into Journeys 5/12/2021 around 5pm to look around but I noticed they had the boots I wanted! That was cool because it saves me a trip to BK and my partner and I are on our way to vacation so I wanted some new shoes. Our sales rep ( who I believed who's name is Jacqueline ( caucasian women with tattoos and greenish tips on her hair) we ask her to try on two size boots. She tells us we should get them a size down because you have " to break them in" I don't know what that means but I didn't want to do that. She was very micro aggressive and rolled her eyes after we told her what we wanted. Unfortunately they didn't have my size so I had to get my boots shipped. I opted for the one day shipping so I can have my boots in time for vaca.. guess what happened... she ordered the wrong size ( the size she thought was best) and I never received my boots. I had to contact Journeys and talk to the customer service managers. By this time, they recommend that I return to the store for a refund. Which I fully intend to do. My rep was so friendly and even gave me two discount codes. Today (5/15/2021) I call in at 12:11pm and the girl with tattoos picked up and I notice it was her on the phone so I asked her " is this the girl with the tats" she goes " yeah it is.. " I said " well you ordered my boots in the wrong size even after I told you I didn't want them" she goes OFF and starts yelling " well I told you what size to get " I get off the phone because I'm well heated and I'm just going to go to the store. I'm fumed and I just wanted my money back and not the boots. I get there and Lionel helps with my refund and the whole time we are recording because I feel uneasy back into this environment. He processes my refund and her comes the girl, by the register saying we're "big mad" Mind you, I have not ONCE look this girl way or anything . She's irrelevant and I don't need that energy. I get my refund and I asked Lionel for the store reps name because I'm gonna make a review, it's what I do! Anyhoo, he gets into a very aggressive manner and start saying I'm raising my voice. ( I have the whole video I was not mad at all) he pointing his fingers and I'm telling him I just want my crocs widget and I'm out. He's still going and going on.. basically yelling & chastising me. I ask him " may I please checkout, you're scaring me" he's keeping going and at this time my Apple Watch tells me my pressure and anxiety is up. I get my stuff and I'm headed out. As walking to the door the girl waits for me just to say " have a nice day and byeeeeee " in a snobbish tone. I never met someone who goes out there way to be seen, especially when you look ridiculous. I'll be taking care of this discrimination the right way. The products is good but RUN AWAY
