I always find almost everything here, I really do not cook much, but my basic staples like: fresh organic fruit and lettuce, deli prepared food, cheese, turkey, early morning croissants!, Haaggen-Dazs coffee ice cream, lactaid fat free milk, Chobani, sugar free yogurt.
Cashiers are efficient. And has a large parking area in the back for customers.
They also deliver home.

.on a recent visit I went to pay my bill at the register and a woman had just walked into the store and stood close to me as I took out my cash. Then the woman said anyone got any money? I felt very intimidated and unprotected. The cashier just laughed along with her not even being careful about the situation. This place's customer service has gone below par. Disappointed by this carelessness by the cashier.

I have a been a customer of this Key Food when it was Dan's Supermarket. My wife and I went into Key Food to pickup a few items and I also had to use the bathroom, so I asked Vinnie the Store Manager if I can use the bathroom and he told me "You can't use the bathroom, you are not allowed to use the bathroom." Vinnie treated me like I'm a vagrant asking to use the bathroom, when I am a local resident and customer. If I would have asked Anthony Lee, the other store manager whom my wife and I know for many years to use the bathroom he would have not have denied me the use of the bathroom. I am truly disgusted by the way I was treated. I ended up using the bathroom at CVS down the street without any problem.

Only use this place when I absolutely have to. Yes, the people there are nice and all but the prices are really high and there’s always a smell of cheap cleaning products in the store. The produce section is a real hit or miss. And finally, what store today doesn’t carry Kettle brand chips? I’d much rather take the drive up to Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods.

The staff is fine there’s no problem with them. But the prices are wildly unfair and the quality is not really there. I went in just to get milk in a pinch and quality milk 9.50 not normal same pricing goes for the rest of the store I just walked out rather not get what I need then pay those prices

Since the renovation the store is aesthetically much more appealing. The cashiers are almost always pleasant and the managers are responsive to inquiries and requests. One complaint I have is that the wide frozen food aisle is turned into two narrow almost innavegable paths because merchandise is piled from end to end in the middle with narrow breaks to dodge the other shoppers headed in the opposite direction. All that stuff in the aisle is available in other aisles on shelves. Compared to ShopRite and Stop & Shop prices are higher but for me at least I appreciate that they are an option and more convenient.

The store has nice staff. The place is bright and inviting. Parking is easy in their lot. I am a careful shopper and don't use plastic so I base my food menu on sales. The produce prices are over my budget.

This is one of the worst grocery stores I have ever been to. Prices are always terrible. There is no reason for eggs to be $5 for 12, tomatoes (only organic available) to be $6 for 2, and chobanis to be $2.50 each or $8 for a pack of 4. This is to name a few -- everything is at least 2x marked up. Absolutely outrageous -- the level of mismanagement to achieve this is unheard of. I fortunately live between this store and a Stop and Shop. I will gladly walk the extra 5 minutes to Stop and Shop and not even bother coming here from now on. For those stuck with KeyFood (as there is no other alternative), you deserve better, at least another competitor. Thanks for nothing, Keyfood.

I come here only out of necessity when I can’t make it to my usual supermarket. Prices are high and sales are few.
