Customer service is horrible .I walked in and the manager was having an argument with an older black woman . He was making fun of her , mocking her while the other employees laughed and egged him on. They arent the friendliest to people of color.

I refuse to buy produce and meat from here. If you do buy meat, be sure to thoroughly check the packaging bc sometimes it has rips in it and their STAMPED sell by date on the side is a month before the sell by date printed on the LABEL. A lot of their produce is wilted. And dont get me started on the rude workers there as if i'm an inconvenience to them.

I purchased cubed beef and immediately put it in the freezer. After three weeks I took it out and it already had gone bad. Any produce packaged by them goes bad really fast. I once saw that the yogurt in their freezers that was past its expiration date. I do not recommend this store for meats and produce.

Manager would not honor the fact that the sign said $3.99 but the price was in the wrong spot. coming from a person that has worked in A supermarket before if a sign says a certain price you have to accommodate the price due to false advertising. I felt like I was very much pushed off and the owner just pretended like he doesn’t speak English. Just take the extra walk to stop and shop. These people belong closed

Sad to say I will not give my business to this franchise again. I reported an incident to the corporate office that my daughter was harassed at the Dreiser Loop location and received no response. Also reported to the store managers and no action. Then while in the store I was verbally racially assaulted by the employee in question in front of the manager whom did nothing. Please women be careful if using this business.

A piece of s*** business they close earlier than promoted on business entrance terrible customer service stick to stop and shop more selection better prices they operate like a business not like a Xtra Large bodega operating out of a grocery store sized establishment

Everything about this place is TERRIBLE. No one speaks or understands English. Manager is very rude. When you go to the deli to order a sandwich they give you what they want. One cashier is worried about what you're buying and how you're paying instead of just scanning. If I can give less then 1 star I would.

Very clean but this store always have a problem with sale prices registering. Main reason I don't shop here very often. Always check receipt before leaving store.

This supermarket's manager is rude! Products on sale aren't Tagged correctly. When I asked for the store Manager he didn't bother to verify the purchase item on sale was indeed no longer on the shelf. He got rude and stated that if it's no longer on the shelf the supermarket doesn't give price checks. I explained to the manger the sale tag indicated the product was on the self. I requested that he come to the isle and see for himself that the sale price tag indicated the larger product was on sale. He refused and rudely turned his back to me in dismissal. Don't bother to spend your money with this supermarket. Consumers don't give this place a dime, make them understand they must treat Seniors and residents with respect!!

The staff is really rude sometimes like if you have change some of them would give you this look and get an adittude it is really uncomfortable and makes me nervous everytime I go to pay?
