Totally unacceptable. We ordered pick-up of laundry for 10am. He confirmed he'd come and get it so we organized our day off to plan around that. At 11am he still was not here. I called and they asked if they could come at 1, no understanding or apology about being severely late and no guarantee of the 1pm pickup. Totally...
